Announcement: Bigfoot Ballyhoo has been under attack, in the past, by a couple of people who wished Ballyhoo and its editors to look as if they were hoaxing information.

One of the biggest examples would be the claim that we made up the ESP Team, Bill Emery, Cole Saxton and the late Hank Parchell. A well-known bigfoot researcher found photos that looked like Emery, Saxton and Parchell. He claimed the three to be the real men and not any part of the ESP Team. (In fact, he claimed there was no ESP Team).

And then while the Emery Team was processing trail cam photos a couple were sent to Ballyhoo. These photos turned out to be well-known bigfoot photos, one from a movie and one of Patty. The technician’s son that was processing the trail cam photos replaced the real photos with fakes. In good faith Emery sent the dallied-with photos to Ballyhoo. When it was found out what happened it was explained.

Another photo of a footprint with a believable history was given Ballyhoo to post. Turned out to be Tim Fasano’s photo from Florida. Again, we’ve given explanations for each occurrence. We were hoaxed.

We in time recognized each hoax and explained what happened

Guest Editor-Blogger, Jackson Co. Cop, has this sighting to tell us about.

Back in December a couple was lost down here looking for a Christmas tree and I was a member of search and rescue. Another Forest Service man and I were searching the back roads near the California border.  At four hundred hours (4am)  we were on a forest service road and came across a very large beast covered with dark brown hair.

It was walking down this old logging spur that had a big tree laying across it. We both got a very close look at this thing as it quickly walked down this old road.  We estimated that it was ten feet in height, 900 pounds, with long arms down to its knees. A very massive build to it.  It left 21 inch, five toed prints, which the forest service took a cast of.

Still I got 12 days off for a mental evaluation. It made me very mad as the other FS guy didn't have no problem with his report. Being I'm a cop, I got the works. The doctor who saw me said I was tired and mistaken. Both of us mistaken! BS, we know what we saw.

Thank you for your sighting. We invite all  police officers, forest service workers, and BLM employees to tell us their Bigfoot stories, or thoughts and concerns.  The public needs to know.

Guest Editor-Blogger, Jackson Co, has this to say on cops reporting Bigfoot:

A lot of us have been through the meat grinder like you. I'm in Jackson County and went through the same old thing. Four deputies in Josephine County over the last twelve years got the same. I heard one in Curry is going through it, now. What are you to do? You are mandated to fill your 223R out truthfully.

Thanks for your comment. Can you tell us about your sighting? It seems to me, the more people talk about the animal, the sooner these restrictions  on the police officers will be lifted.
